Forward it.
Your staff spot an email that feels off. Instead of guessing, they forward it to PhishCheck. Every link, sender and sentence is checked, and a plain-English verdict lands back in their inbox.
- No software to install
- Built for teams without a security department
- Human-reviewed analyst reports
- Sender authentication fails
- Lure language: urgency + impersonation high
- Link domain registered 3 days ago new
- Analyst weighs the evidence done
The problem
Your inbox is the front line. Most small teams fight there alone.
Attackers rarely break in. They send a convincing email and wait for someone to click. Big companies have a security team to ask, but most small businesses have nobody. Your staff either take a gamble or forward it to a busy IT provider who gets to it tomorrow.
How it works
Three steps. No new apps.
-
01
Forward
Anyone on your approved list forwards a suspicious email to your PhishCheck address. Nothing to install, nothing new to learn.
-
02
Analyse
The email is pulled apart: headers, sender, links, attachments and wording. Each part goes through several independent layers of checks.
-
03
Verdict
The person who forwarded it gets a clear answer and what to do next. Whoever runs your IT gets the full evidence behind it.
The phalanx
One shield is easy to get past.
Any single check can be fooled. A brand-new domain has a clean reputation. A well-written lure has no bad links. PhishCheck lines up five independent layers so a gap in one is covered by the next.
Sender & authentication
Checks whether the email really came from where it claims: authentication records, reply-to tricks, look-alike display names.
Reads the lure
A language model trained on phishing reads the wording itself: urgency, impersonation, credential bait. It catches new attacks that reputation checks miss.
Threat intelligence
Every link, domain, IP address and attachment is looked up against threat-intelligence sources, and newly registered domains are flagged.
AI security analyst
An AI analyst weighs all the evidence together, the way an experienced investigator would, and explains its reasoning in plain language.
Human review
Certified security analysts review the reports, confirm or correct verdicts, and step in when an incident needs hands-on help.
One email, two answers
Plain English for your staff. Full evidence for your IT.
Hi Jane, thanks for checking before clicking. This email is a phishing attempt.
- It pretends to be Microsoft, but it came from a look-alike domain (m1crosoft-secure.co).
- The link leads to a fake sign-in page set up three days ago.
- It uses pressure ("24 hours") to rush you.
What to do: delete it. If you already entered your password, change it now and let IT know.
| Authentication | SPF fail · DKIM none · DMARC fail | high |
|---|---|---|
| Display name | Impersonates "Microsoft 365" | high |
| Language model | Credential-harvest lure, urgency pattern | high |
| URL | m1crosoft-secure.co/verify · domain age 3 days | high |
| Sending IP | Reported for abuse | medium |
Recommended: block the sender domain and URL at the mail gateway, search mailboxes for the same subject, and reset credentials for anyone who clicked.
Small & medium businesses
Your security analyst, on call
For firms without an IT security team. Give your staff a safe "is this real?" button and stop guessing on every invoice, delivery notice and password-reset email.
MSPs & IT providers
Reported-phish triage for your clients
Stop losing hours to "can you check this email?" tickets. PhishCheck triages what your clients report and gives your technicians the evidence to act on.
Built carefully
Handled like evidence, not like marketing data.
- Only approved senders. PhishCheck only processes emails forwarded from addresses you've approved. Nothing else gets in.
- Our own language model. The phishing classifier runs on CS CyberEdge infrastructure, not a third-party scanning service.
- Analysis, not surveillance. We only see what your people choose to forward. We never connect to your mailboxes.
- Enterprise-grade experience. Run by certified specialists (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CCSK) with 10+ years in enterprise security.
Pilot programme
Put PhishCheck in front of your team.
PhishCheck runs as a hands-on pilot with selected clients. Your team uses it on real emails, and we work with you on the results.
- Short call. We learn how suspicious emails are handled today.
- Set up. We approve your forwarders and give you your PhishCheck address.
- Run it. Your team forwards real emails and gets real verdicts.
- Review. We go through what was caught and decide together what's next.
Pricing is available on request after the pilot.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Your staff forward emails to a dedicated PhishCheck address from the email client they already use. Outlook, Gmail and phone apps all work.
Can PhishCheck read our mailboxes?
No. PhishCheck never connects to your mail system. It only sees the individual emails your approved staff choose to forward.
Who sees the forwarded emails?
Emails are processed by the PhishCheck analysis pipeline and can be reviewed by CS CyberEdge security analysts. How long they're kept is agreed with you during the pilot.
Does it replace our spam filter or email security?
No. It works alongside them. Filters stop the bulk of bad mail automatically. PhishCheck handles what still gets through and makes someone stop and ask.
What does a pilot cost?
Pilots are run with selected clients on request. Get in touch and we'll talk through scope and terms. Pricing for ongoing use is shared after the pilot.
We're an MSP. Can we offer this to our clients?
Yes, that's one of the use cases we're piloting. Request a pilot and mention you're an IT provider.
